The challenge

The firm needed to reduce third-party reliance, improve cloud governance, and ready its platform for AI adoption without affecting ongoing placements. An ageing Landing Zone with inconsistent logging and monitoring limited visibility into compliance posture; a vendor-managed EKS-as-a-Service model restricted access to deployment logs and release transparency; monitoring signals were fragmented across accounts; and core hiring activities still relied on spreadsheets and email coordination.
