The challenge

Armakuni was brought in on a GenAI BI scoping engagement and expanded across four SOWs as each phase unlocked the next. The initial GenAI BI work identified that no usable data foundation existed, which led directly to the Landing Zone and Data Lake SOW, then the Analytics PoC, and then the email platform design. Armakuni is MTLeadMedia's named go-to partner for all data and AI initiatives through 2026.

45,000+ consumer records in a governed, multi-tier lake and growing. Cross-region replication makes it the foundation for SageMaker training, inference, and analytics workloads that previously had no path to production.

Nearly 2x MRR as revenue intelligence turns into faster action. The business now sees which traffic sources, carriers, and campaign configurations drive revenue and acts on that signal sooner.

Per-email vendor charges replaced by AWS-native infrastructure they own. Amazon Pinpoint and applied AWS funding swapped a third-party provider's per-email costs for infrastructure the company controls.
