What we built
Armakuni delivered aI-powered data accessibility: natural language querying of analytics data plus AI-driven webpage optimization recommendations for e-commerce businesses. The engagement ran as two fixed-scope Proof of Value SOWs: Q for QuickSight POV and WebPage Optimization Recommendation POV. AWS funded the work at $5,100.
The outcomes
5 measurable outcomes shipped across the engagement. The ones that moved the business the most:
Natural-language querying of complex analytics now reaches non-technical users for the first time. A CEO or marketing lead can ask a plain-language question about campaign performance or customer lifetime value and get an accurate, visual answer without touching a report or query.
Two to three production-representative dashboards span internal and client-facing views. The platform now has a working analytics layer covering campaign performance, customer acquisition, and purchase probability in a single interface.
An end-to-end webpage optimization pipeline was validated on 70 to 80 pages. Each page analysis produces ranked, AI-generated recommendations covering content and visual elements, with thumbnails giving full context for every suggestion at proven scale.
The POV validated three core growth objectives at once. It proved expansion into smaller e-commerce businesses, better retention through proactive AI recommendations, and differentiation with capabilities competitors cannot match on AWS.
A clear production roadmap and a trained team mean the results do not sit in a folder. The platform now holds the architecture, the documentation, and the team capability to take both systems all the way to production.
