The challenge
Armakuni was brought in on a GenAI BI scoping engagement and expanded across four SOWs as each phase unlocked the next. The initial GenAI BI work identified that no usable data foundation existed, which led directly to the Landing Zone and Data Lake SOW, then the Analytics PoC, and then the email platform design. Armakuni is MTLeadMedia's named go-to partner for all data and AI initiatives through 2026.

Nearly 2x MRR as the business identifies which traffic sources, carriers, and campaign configurations drive revenue and acts on that intelligence faster..
Third-party email costs replaced by AWS-native infrastructure with Amazon Pinpoint and AWS funding applied.. Per-email charges from an external provider replaced by infrastructure MTLeadMedia owns and controls.
