The outcomes

Cross-region, cross-account consolidation proven.. AxisCare has a validated architecture for unifying US and Canada data into a single pipeline. New client databases and new regions can now be onboarded into an established pattern.
Two third-party ETL vendors replaced by Amazon DMS.. Hevo and Fivetran are out. A single AWS-managed ingestion layer now operates within AxisCare's accounts, under the data team's direct control.
Tableau extraction window removed.. Data refresh is driven by Redshift scheduled queries. Reports reflect current data at any time of day. The 6 AM to 7 PM constraint is gone.
Compliance-ready data architecture delivered.. Regional separation between US and Canada is enforced at the architecture level. The pipeline was validated for data freshness, regional separation, and extract reliability before handover.
Optimal Redshift deployment model confirmed.. The Serverless versus Reserved instance comparison was run against AxisCare's actual BI workloads. The production deployment decision is based on measured data, not vendor recommendation.
