A leading workplace enablement and visitor management platform

A single 4-week, AWS-funded workflow automation PoC grew into a four-SOW, 16-month engagement for this workplace enablement and visitor management platform. Armakuni replaced the JSON configuration that was driving churn with a plain-English LLM workflow editor, collapsed six acquired identity systems into one Unified Identity Passport, and is now extending compliance monitoring from reactive to proactive.

A leading workplace enablement and visitor management platform came to Armakuni for multi-phase AI product build: LLM-powered workflow editor, unified visitor identity, and proactive compliance monitoring.

The challenge

A single 4-week workflow automation PoC grew into a 4-SOW engagement spanning 16 months. AWS funded every stage. The work now covers AI workflow generation, unified visitor identity, and proactive compliance monitoring. Armakuni is now the AI engineering partner for A leading workplace enablement and visitor management platform' core product evolution.

Scale: Multi-product suite serving enterprise customers across visitor management, compliance, background checks, booking, and watchlist screening. Suite assembled through 6 acquisitions since 2021.

What we built

Armakuni delivered multi-phase AI product build: LLM-powered workflow editor, unified visitor identity, and proactive compliance monitoring. The engagement ran as multiple fixed-scope SOWs: Workflow Automation PoC (Oct 2024), POC to Production (Mar 2025), VM 3.0 Unified Visitor Identity Passport POC (Sep 2025), RAPID Assessment Proactive Compliance Monitoring (Feb 2026). AWS funded the work at $8,750.

The outcomes

5 measurable outcomes shipped across the engagement. The ones that moved the business the most:

PoC delivered in under 4 weeks at zero cost to the client. AWS fully funded the workflow-automation PoC, the platform confirmed it would save hours of admin time and hundreds of dollars per workflow, and they pushed production forward immediately.

Every engagement fully funded by AWS. SOW 1 at $8,750, the RAPID Assessment at $25,000, and the VM 3.0 Unified Identity POC and production build were all AWS-funded, so the platform never wrote a direct check.

The AI workflow editor removes the most common cause of customer attrition. Administrators who once spent hours on complex JSON configuration now describe workflows in plain English, turning a churn-driving learning curve into a differentiator.

Unified Identity Passport lays the foundation for VM 3.0. Six fragmented identity systems collapsed into one portable profile, with architecture built to extend to cross-organization networks, risk scoring, and watchlist integration.

Dino is being extended from reactive to proactive. The compliance-monitoring assessment delivered the architecture and roadmap for a fully agentic system that will alert customers before any workflow falls out of compliance.
