The engagement ran as multiple fixed-scope SOWs covering field operations modernization, container platform migration to Amazon ECS, observability and email delivery instrumentation, and multi-tenant security hardening.

60 to 80% reduction in task management time across field operations. Paper-based capture and re-entry is replaced by a workflow that closes jobs at the point of work and pushes data into the platform within seconds.
80% reduction in communication errors. Removing the rekeying step and integrating dispatch with the calendars, CRMs, and task systems teams already run on means cleanup is no longer a daily category for operations staff.
99.9% system availability sustained on Amazon ECS. Health checks and automated container recovery cut unplanned interruptions from a weekly event to an exception.
20-plus AV/IT service organizations onboarded nationwide. A multi-tenant architecture across the U.S. with provable per-tenant isolation removed the security blocker that previously gated enterprise contracts.
Container failures now recover in seconds, down from manual restart windows of hours. What used to be a customer-visible outage is now a recovery event the platform handles on its own.
