Consolidate your SaaS into one system you own, with AI agents doing the work.

If your business rents a tool for every team and pays more at every renewal, we rebuild those tools as one system in your AWS account. You start paying us when you stop paying them, and it’s half what you pay them today.

The workshop is one day, with the engineers who’d do the work. AWS funding typically covers the workshop. An AWS Premier Tier partner, one of about 300 among more than 130,000. Built for NHS Wales, GORUCK and Pixis.

Today: three rented tools, sealed like jars.

An example company.

Seven tools are seven islands. Yours is one.

Every tool sends an invoice. None of them lists the person who carries each order from one tool to the next.

Here’s how one order flows through rented software, and through the software you’ll own. Tuesday, 9:02: Northwind orders 400 cases.

One order, in rented software

Thu 11:40

7 hand-offs, typed in twice

The same order, with AI agents

Tue 9:42

An example company.
  1. 01

    One island.

We rebuild what the seven tools do as one system in your AWS account, with one copy of every customer and order.

  2. 02

    One road.

The work runs once, start to finish. Plain rules do the simple steps, like the price, the reminder and the report.

  3. 03

    AI agents on every road.

They work across the whole island, under your rules, and ask a person wherever you’ve said they should. Your people stop carrying the work and check it instead.

Building got 10x cheaper. Renting didn’t.

  • AI agents changed what it costs to build software. Rented tools still charge by the seat, and each renewal adds about 12%.
  • In this example, seven rented tools come to $36,300 a month. Once a team has moved, you pay us half of what its tools cost, fixed for two years.
  • The half you keep pays for AI agents across the business, and for things rented software never let you build.

AI agents on every order

Taken in, checked and booked, with nothing typed in twice.

Invoices sent and chased

Out when the work is done, and chased politely.

Ordering online

Customers order for themselves, at any hour.

Theirs is catching up. Yours starts with AI agents.

Rented software was designed for people clicking through screens, one seat at a time. Its AI is an add-on: it sees only its own product, and it can’t act in your other tools.

Yours is built for AI agents from the first line. They take on the routine work, so your best people get far more done.

An example: the companies, times and prices are made up.

Rented, with AI added onEach add-on stays inside its own app.
Yours, with AI agentsAcross every system, under your rules, with your approval.

No big switch-over weekend. One team at a time.

It starts with a one-day workshop.

  • In the morning, we map what you rent today: every tool, who really uses it, where tools overlap, the spreadsheets between them, and when each one renews.
  • In the afternoon, we design what you’d own. Usually that’s the tools that carry how you work, like quoting, orders and scheduling. We agree which stay rented, where AI agents take the work, and which team could move first.
  • You leave with a findings report, a target architecture and a costed roadmap. They’re yours to act on, with us or without us.
  1. 1

Two weeks: the map, from your own usage.

Our engineers, the domain experts we partner with and your admins check the workshop’s first look against the tool’s own usage reports. You get the half, or we tell you it isn’t there.

  2. 2

Weeks 1 to 4: agree, or stop.

We agree which team moves first, and the tests that prove it. If the numbers aren’t there by week 4, we stop, and you keep what we found.

Why: everyone agrees what good looks like before the real money is spent.

  3. 3

About 90 days to go live.

We build it inside your company with AK AI Factory. The first team goes live when it passes on your real cases.

Its data moves with the counts reconciled on both sides, and its old tool runs until the team signs off.

Why: no order goes missing in the move, and there’s always a way back.

  4. 4

Then team by team, at your renewal.

The old system stays on as the fallback until the last team moves. At each renewal, you stop paying them and start paying us half.

Once we’re done, your team runs it, with the code, the tests and the runbooks in your account. Or our managed services team runs it for you.

What we’ll tell you not to rebuild.

  • Keep renting what does the same job for every company, like e-signatures, login and phone carriers. Payroll too, because its rules are the law’s.
  • Cancel a tool your teams barely use, rather than rebuild it. The workshop shows which ones they are.
  • Don’t rebuild what owning won’t make cheaper. We price building it, connecting your other systems, moving your data, hosting, support and change against the rent, and if owning doesn’t cost less, we’ll say so.

Fewer systems. Better numbers.

An executive search firm

C-suite and board search, worldwide

Its platform was rented, and the vendor was shutting down. We built the firm its own platform on AWS, with an AI agent that returns a ranked, reasoned shortlist.

  • Every workload on systems the firm owns
  • Each new ranking model checked, with automatic rollback
  • The board answers its own revenue questions

GORUCK

Outdoor gear and events, direct to consumers

Nine platforms didn’t talk to each other, so one customer could be five records, and reports took days. We built one customer data platform across all nine, and we look after it.

  • 40% higher return on targeted campaigns
  • Loyalty sign-ups doubled
  • Customer insights 30% faster

Pixis

An AI marketing platform, 50 microservices

Nine AWS accounts blurred the bill, and nobody could see cost by service. We built four accounts in their place, one way to deploy, and cost dashboards for every team.

  • Compute cost down 48%
  • 99.996% uptime through the work
  • Nine AWS accounts became four

Checked by AWS. An AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, with AWS’s agentic AI and Migration and Modernization competencies, and more than 500 customer launches on AWS.

What owners and CTOs ask us first.

Got another? Bring it to the workshop.

We’re mid-contract.

That’s the time to start. The first team is planned to go live in about 90 days, so you can be ready before the renewal comes, rather than signing another year because you weren’t.

Each team moves at its own tool’s renewal date, so no contract is broken. The workshop gives you the renewal calendar: every tool, when it renews and how much notice it needs.

There’s no budget for this.

It’s paid from what you already spend on rent. You start paying us when you stop paying them, and then it’s half of what those tools cost, fixed for two years.

AWS funding typically covers the workshop, and AWS has funded part of the work for several of our clients. If the half isn’t there, we say so before you spend anything.

Our team knows these tools.

Good. What your team knows is what we build from. They walk us through their work at the workshop, and they see the real thing early.

Your own system runs the steps your teams take today as one flow, with nothing typed in twice. No team moves until it works for them, with a way back.

Will it pass our security review?

It runs in your AWS account, under your IAM. Each AI agent has its own identity and only the access its job needs, and every action is logged.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code is in your repository, with tests on every change, and the IP is yours. The data is in your cloud account, and the AI agents’ prompts, rules and tests are yours too.

There’s no license, so there’s no renewal to raise.

Send us your software bill.

Bring it to a one-day workshop with the engineers who’d do the work. You leave knowing which tools to own and which to keep renting, and the plan is yours whether you go on with us or not. AWS funding typically covers the workshop.
