Move to AWS on your date, with a business case finance believes.
Plan your move to AWS before a renewal picks the date for you is a free, one-hour live workshop. You'll see how every application gets sorted, how to find what has to move together, how to build the case on what your systems really cost to run, and how AWS can fund the assessment.
What you'll get
- Every application sorted: move, rebuild or retire
- A business case built on your real operating costs
- How AWS's Migration Acceleration Program can pay for the assessment

Teams we've built for

- Comic Relief
AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, one of about 300 among more than 130,000 AWS partners.
Most migrations go wrong before the first server moves.
They go wrong in the inventory. Systems that look separate turn out to share a database, a scheduled job or a file share, and the one moved first breaks the one left behind.
Migration readiness means knowing what depends on what before anything moves, choosing a move for each system, and having a business case built on what your systems really cost to run today. AWS's Migration Acceleration Program can fund that assessment, and we prepare the request.
What you'll take away from the hour
- 01
Your estate, sorted
The questions we ask of each application to choose its move, and the ones that should be switched off instead.
- 02
A case finance believes
Costs today against costs on AWS, from real operating numbers, not list prices.
- 03
A plan in phases
The order to move things in, so the date you choose is the one you hit.
What we work out for every application
The assessment is the same whether you run 20 servers or 2,000. Each answer feeds the next one.
- 1
What depends on what
Systems grouped by what they share: databases, queues, scheduled jobs, files. A group moves together, or something breaks.
- 2
The move for each one
Rehost, replatform, rebuild, replace or retire. Some systems should be switched off, not moved, and the inventory finds them.
- 3
What it costs today
The real operating cost: hardware, licenses, support contracts, people and the floor space. The business case starts from this, not from a price list.
- 4
The date that decides
The renewal, the refresh or the end of support, and the plan worked back from it.
- 5
The order and the cutover
Which group moves first, how each cuts over, and how quickly it can be put back if it has to be.
- 6
The funding
Whether the move qualifies for AWS's Migration Acceleration Program, and the request that goes with it.
Put together, it becomes a prioritized, phased plan, with a financial case your finance team can check against its own numbers.
What we bring
Once you're on AWS, the same engineers can run it.
AK Run
The operating layer our engineers run your AI agents, applications and cloud on: it watches every signal around the clock, holds every AI agent to the job it was given, and steps in when one goes wrong.
Our engineers own it and answer for it; it runs in your accounts.
One hour, run by the engineers who do the work
See it
An example estate taken from inventory to dependency groups to a phased plan, live, with the business case built beside it.
How it's decided
The move for each kind of system, how the cost case is worked out, and what AWS asks for in a funding request.
Your questions
Bring your renewal date and a rough idea of what runs where.
The private workshop: a day with your team, on your own estate
The same assessment, run on your applications. Every system sorted, the groups that have to move together found, and a business case built on your own operating costs.
Who comes
The CTO or head of infrastructure, whoever runs the data center or the hosting contract, an application owner or two, and someone from finance.
What to bring
Your application list, the contracts and their dates, and whatever inventory or monitoring exports you already have.
Your data
Read-only access to your monitoring or inventory tools if you choose, or exports with nothing sensitive in them.
What you leave with
- Every application sorted: move, rebuild, replace or retire
- The dependency groups, and the order they move in
- A business case built on your real operating costs
- A funding request for AWS's Migration Acceleration Program
What clients say about working with us
Armakuni was able to show me what I couldn't see for myself.
[The team was] instrumental in closing the MAP migration. They earned trust quickly, were commercially competitive, and engaged creatively to find a path to close and accelerate the migration.
I've been involved in many migrations over the years, and there's usually at least a few hiccups along the way. This was, by far, the smoothest I've experienced.

Before you sign up
What does it cost us?
Nothing for the live session or the private day. For the full assessment, AWS's Migration Acceleration Program can cover some or all of it.
Won't you just say move everything?
Some systems should be switched off, and some are cheaper left where they are. The inventory decides, and you see the numbers behind each call.
We're not on any cloud yet. Is that a problem?
No. Most of the estates we assess start in a company's own building or a hosting contract.
Does AWS really pay for the assessment?
AWS's Migration Acceleration Program can offset or fully cover it. Whether it does depends on the size of the move; we prepare the request.
What happens after?
The plan, then the move, one dependency group at a time, with our engineers running it beside yours.
