Make your AI-built app safe for real customers, and ready to grow.
Secure and scale your AI-built app on AWS is a free, one-hour live workshop. Apps built with AI tools tend to leave the same few things open. We walk through what we find first, how to close it, and the AWS architecture that holds at ten times the users.
What you'll get
- The security gaps we find first, and how to close them
- Answers for your first big customer's security questionnaire
- A phased, costed plan, eligible for AWS partner funding
11 am ET · 8 am PT · 16:00 UK · online, one hour, free
Teams we've built for

- Comic Relief
AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, one of about 300 among more than 130,000 AWS partners.
Building it was never the hard part. Running it is.
Apps built this way share a few habits: keys left in the browser, tables with no access rules, open storage, and a model called straight from the page. None of it shows until someone looks.
Taking an app to production means finding those first and fixing the urgent ones right away, then moving it onto an architecture that holds at ten times the users.
What you'll take away from the hour
- 01
What's open, found
Exposed keys, open storage and missing access checks: where they hide in apps built with AI tools, and how to close them.
- 02
Where it should live
A target architecture on AWS with Amazon Cognito, AWS Lambda, Amazon Aurora and Amazon Bedrock.
- 03
A plan you can fund
Findings ranked by risk and a phased, costed roadmap, eligible for AWS partner funding.
What we check first
Ranked by risk, because the first fix should be the one that could hurt you most.
- 1
What's left in the browser
Exposed keys, tables with no access rules, open storage buckets and missing access checks.
- 2
Every platform dependency
Sign-in, storage, functions, hosting and the model APIs, and which of them is a single point of failure.
- 3
What breaks at scale
What fails first at ten times the users, before your growth finds it.
- 4
What a buyer will ask
Where the data lives, who can touch it, how you'd know, and how fast you recover: the questions an enterprise buyer, an investor or an auditor asks.
Then the target: an AWS architecture with Amazon Cognito, AWS Lambda, Amazon Aurora and Amazon Bedrock, and a phased, costed move with no downtime at cutover. Sometimes the right answer is not to migrate, and we'll say so on day one.
What we bring
After the move, someone has to run it. That's us.
AK Run
The operating layer our engineers run your AI agents, applications and cloud on: it watches every signal around the clock, holds every AI agent to the job it was given, and steps in when one goes wrong.
Our engineers own it and answer for it; it runs in your accounts.
One hour, run by the engineers who do the work
See it
An AI-built app checked live, and its worst findings explained in plain terms.
How it moves
The order we move an app onto AWS, the database last, and how users never notice.
Your questions
Bring the app and the questionnaire your first big customer sent.
The private workshop: a day with your technical leads, on your own app
The urgent fixes started in the room. A risk-ranked findings report and a target architecture on AWS, with a phased, costed roadmap eligible for AWS partner funding.
Who comes
Whoever built the app and whoever will own it.
What to bring
The app, and an account we may look at, with your consent.
Your data
Read-only access you grant and can take back; we never need your customers' data itself.
What you leave with
- Findings ranked by risk, the worst already being fixed
- A target architecture on AWS
- A phased, costed migration roadmap
- Answers for your customer's security questionnaire
What clients say about working with us
If I provide a technical requirement, I know it will get done. I'm not seeing any loose ends.
The automated testing has found bugs before they reach production, which saves us so much time and stress.
Armakuni's availability, ease of communication, cost-effectiveness, and technical skills were outstanding.
- Under 0.25%of AWS partners are Premier Tier. We're one of about 300.
- 500+AWS customer launches
- 1,300+engineers across the UK, US, UAE, India and Canada
- 70%of the proofs of concept we scope reach production
Before you sign up
Is it really free?
Yes. The hour costs nothing, and so does the private day; the move itself can be eligible for AWS partner funding.
Will you tell us to rebuild everything?
No. Often the urgent fixes are small and the app stays where it is for now. When moving isn't worth it, we say so on the day.
We used an AI app builder. Is that a problem?
No. It got you to real users. The work now is what any production app needs: access rules, recovery and an architecture that grows.
Will our users notice the move?
They shouldn't. We move the services first and the database last, with a cutover planned for no downtime.
What happens after?
If it's worth doing, the move in phases, eligible for AWS partner funding. If it isn't, you keep the findings and the fixes.
