before a renewal picks the date for you.
The Migration Readiness Workshop is one day on everything you run. You leave with a phased plan, a business case and an AWS funding request, so you choose the timing, not your supplier.
The value, in one renewal date
A renewal, a hardware refresh or an end of support is the real deadline. With a year's notice it gives you room to negotiate; with three months' notice it usually means paying a premium. We work back from your actual dates and tell you which are still achievable.
