Most discoveries map applications. Armakuni discoveries map value streams. What revenue does this workload support? What customer outcome? What regulator is watching? Workloads without value get retired, not migrated.
Schedule is the contract. Each phase ends with a value milestone, not a workload milestone. "Cutover the trading platform" is a workload event. "Trading desk hits new latency target" is a value event. We schedule the latter.
